The Orlando Magic paid big money to get Rashard Lewis to come to Orlando and last night he paid back their faith in him as he tossed in 33 points to lead Orlando to a 111-86 rout of the Detroit Pistons. Lewis was 11 out of 15 and 5 of 6 from the three point arc. Lewis can score and that is the main reason Orlando brought him in.

Detroit got some bad news when Chauncy Billups strained his hamstring in the first quarter and had to leave the game. The Pistons are hopeful that he will return for Game 4. Losing Billups would be a huge loss for the Pistons who need him as he is the one the runs the offense for them.

Now with the series at 2-1 in favor of the Detroit Pistons Game 4 is crucial for the Orlando Magics. They need to win game 4 because if they lose the series could be over when they go back to Detroit for Game 5. A lot will depend of effective Billups will be even if he can play for the Pistons. Losing Billups would hurt Detroit a lot so we will have to wait and see if he plays Friday night.
