Annika Sorenstam To Retire At Seasons End
Annika Sorenstam has decided that it is time to hang up her golf clubs and she will end her career at the end of this season. Sorenstam has won 72 tournaments to date and even have teed it up with the men as well. She will best be remember for her power driving the golf ball and also how well she could putt the ball. Sorenstam was a rare breed in golf that combined beauty, power, and finesse all in one package.
Sorenstam will be missed as you do not see to many lady golfers like her. She was a great ambassador for the sport as well. She had many memorable tournaments through her years and many that she won by a lot strokes. There will not be many like her again and the people of the golf world will lose a good one when she hangs up her clubs at the end of this year.
