Brewers Shut Down Eric Gagne
I am probably one of the biggest Milwaukee Brewer fans around and I hope they are happy now. They wasted all that money for Eric Gagne and now what do they have to show for it. Gagne struggled in Boston and he never did the job for them. If he did he would be their and not on the Brewers roster.
Milwaukee made a big mistake and Gagne got plenty of money for coming to Milwaukee. Will Gagne ever get back to his Dodger form? I seriously doubt if that will ever happen. Milwaukee would have been better off bringing some guys up from the minor leagues and taking their chances. At least it would not have cost them as much and the money would have been better spent of keeping Prince Fielder happy than wasting on a guy who has done nothing but hurt the team. Gagne will never get his form back and it was just a experiment that went bad, Best bet is to cut your losses now.
