Kyle Busch Adds Sonoma To Resume

Kyle Busch added another feather in his cap as he won the Savemart 300 in Sonoma California. Busch without a doubt had the best car and no one had anything for him all day long. The race was mostly caution free until the end where we had some cautions  that shuffled the ending of the race.

Many people thought all the cautions would hurt Busch, but it did not bug him at all he just kept going. Busch continues to lead the series and this win does not hurt that. One thing I noticed was after the race when a reporter try to start trouble between Tony Stewart and Kevin Harvick. Harvick hit Tony Stewart from behind in the race and the reporter kept pressing Stewart about it. To Stewart’s credit he just ignore it and had no comment. It seems all reporters want to do is cause trouble between drivers.

David Gilliand had a great run and finished second while Jeff Gordon took third place. Road racing is something many drivers hate and some are glad they do not have to come back for another year. Of course if you finish in the top 10 you do not mind coming back.
