Was Brady Quinn Doomed To Fail?
Was Brady Quinn doomed to fail? If you ask me I say yes. Now has Quinn looked like a good NFL quarterback so far this season. The answer is of course not, but it’s not all his fault. He has played Minnesota, Denver, and Baltimore three teams that have done well so far this season. Against Baltimore Quinn did not look good, but Anderson came in and threw three interceptions. So, what have the Browns decided to do start Derek Anderson over Brady Quinn. I guess Quinn can say he did get to start the season and I guess that is a plus.
Derek Anderson will have a big advantage as the teams coming up are not as good as the ones that Quinn went against. In my eyes it looks like they were hoping to see Quinn fail so they could start Anderson who they wanted to start all along. My opinion they wanted to make everyone happy so starting Quinn was there only option. Now that he has struggled the coaching staff can pull him.
I don’t think that it is fair to Brady Quinn, but this is just how it works sometimes. No one said the NFL was always fair or right. Maybe Quinn should consider a change of venue because it does not look he is going to be given much of a chance in Cleveland.
